Here with us you can spend your dream holiday away from mass tourism in a peaceful and unique setting. Our finca is a good three hectares in size and borders directly on a nature reserve. Our approx. 74 m2 The large Casa Pascal is set in its own subtropical gardens. From the patio and the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea as far as the neighbouring islands of La Gomera and La Palma - under a fantastic sun, even in winter. Like all our houses, Casa Pascal has a private poolincluding outdoor shower.     

In a quiet, rural setting, we offer you a top-class detached holiday home with a private pool for up to two people. Your villa is embedded in our finca, which is several hectares in size, and is situated on its own plot of around 250 m². From the terraces you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea as far as the neighbouring islands of La Gomera and La Palma.

Here, in the west of Tenerife above the coastal towns of Los Gigantes and Playa de la Arena, the sun actually shines 350 days a year. You can look forward to a particularly peaceful location next to the neighbouring nature reserve at around 450 m above sea level.

On our finca we live with Timmy, our dog - protected by him and the access gates, you can feel safe.

The top-quality water comes from a neighbouring deep well; we get our electricity directly from the sun. On the few rainy days and in winter, there may be a shortage of electricity; in this case we have a diesel generator.

We grow wine, fruit, vegetables and spices for home consumption in our own garden. If you wish, you can buy these products fresh from us.

The neighbouring village of Chío is around 3 km away, so you can also reach it on foot.

However, you will definitely need a car to get to know the island better or to do some major shopping. If you wish, we can help you hire a car and pick you up from the airport. Just send us an e-mail.

The detached holiday home is designed for two people and is located on its own private and secluded plot within Finca Stemann. The property offers you a magnificent view of the sea in marvellous peace and privacy.

The living area comes with a cosy sofa, flat-screen TV with the latest LED technology and media centre, including German-language satellite TV and streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy your meals in the dining area right next door.

The bedroom is bright, decorated with fresh colours and modern furniture. The bathroom has a spacious shower, a washbasin with plenty of storage space and a WC.

Outside, you have a patio with a barbecue area and wonderful views of the fascinating surroundings and magnificent sunrises. On the terrace with pool and spacious dining table you can enjoy spectacular sunsets, depending on the season, over the sea or over the neighbouring islands of La Gomera and La Palma.

We will spoil you on arrival with a good bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit from the region.
