The detached Casa Hélena, measuring approx. 110 m², stands in its own spacious, subtropical garden property of around 1,500 m², offering wonderful privacy. From the patio, the terrace, and your private viewpoint, you will enjoy magnificent views of the sea reaching as far as the neighboring islands of La Gomera and La Palma – under fantastic sunshine, even in winter. Like all our properties, Casa Hélena features a private pool with an outdoor shower.

Here in the west of Tenerife, high above the coastal towns of Los Gigantes and Playa de la Arena, the sun shines about 350 days a year. The neighboring nature reserve, located approx. 450 meters above sea level, offers you an exceptionally quiet environment.

We live on our finca with Thimmy, our dog; thanks to his company and the entrance gates to the property, you can feel completely secure.The excellent quality water comes from a nearby deep well, and we obtain electricity directly from the sun. For the few rainy days or during winter if solar energy is insufficient, we have a backup diesel generator.

We grow wine, fruits, vegetables, and herbs for our own consumption in our ecological garden. If you wish, you can buy these fresh products directly here.

The neighboring village of Chío is about 3 km away, so it can also be reached on foot if you like walking.
However, to discover the island better or make major purchases, you will definitely need a car. If you wish, we can help you arrange a rental car and organize airport pickup. Simply send us an email.

The detached holiday home is designed for four people and is located on its own private plot within Finca Stemann. The complex offers you a magnificent view of the sea in marvellous peace and privacy.

The living room features a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV with the latest LED technology, and a media center, which includes satellite TV and streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can enjoy your meals right next to it, in the dining area or on the covered terrace.

The bedrooms are bright and decorated with fresh colors and modern furniture. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a spacious shower, a sink with plenty of storage space, and a toilet (WC). One of the bedrooms and its bathroom are fully adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Outside, you have a patio with wonderful views of the fascinating surroundings and magnificent sunrises. On the terrace, equipped with a barbecue area and a large dining table, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea or over the neighboring islands of La Gomera and La Palma, depending on the season.
